@deevo the main problem for me isn't the pictures, I don't really care if I can see it or not since the name is there. I use your app to easily find cc I want to get rid of by applying it all in one household, and then finding all the files specifically. I attempted to enter in all of the things you suggested, but it always has "cancel" as the indicated blue button and not "save". It says that searching for cc is currently not available and I need to set up the game. No matter what sort of data path I set it on the results are the same. How can I fix this?

Sometime reapplying the game path seems to fix the issue.
Click on the "..." button next to the game location, select the "The Sims 4.app" in the files dialog, then click on the Choose/Open button.

Unless the save button is greyed out, you should be able to click the save button.

Lately I've been getting an error message every time i unzip my exported files, saying that the file I'm exporting is an inappropriate file type or format. Is this a problem with the Tray Importer or my mac?

I have the latest version , and it crashes after i go into the content folder and have to manually open it myself

If the app crashed, select the Crash tab in the App Reports and post the content of the crash.

Can you post a screenshot of the error?

 

Make sure the file extension is « .zip ».

Hello, my tray importer isnt showing images, only red outlined boxes. Is there an update for mac for this application? or is there a fix? II'm running MacOS Monterey

Hi! So... I don't really have a problem with opening the app. It opens, the images appear it seems to be working.
I use the S4TI, to change my building images before uploading them to the gallery, expecially because some lots i put the main entrance on what the game considers a side road, so the house on the gallery would appear in side view. 
But with this new version i don't know why, the button to replace images is grey and non selectable. Is there a fix for this? Or is it in works to be patched in the next update?

I'm running eberything on my Mac M1 -  OS Ventura.

When I extract the file from the zip, there is no application to install and the antivirus is disabled and does not delete the file.

Hello @Harley,

On Mac you just need to double-click on the zip file to extract the content and set the executable bit (see FAQ) to make it work.

This doesn't work on an updated mac (2023). I downloaded the zip file and extracted it but there is no app to open. That's the message that pops up...
