  1. Hello @withered, Somehow it looks like the configuration file is broken and unfortunately uninstalling then reinstalling can't do anything about it. But there is a script inside the Tray Importer's folder named s4ti-reset.bat that can repair the broken file. If s4ti-reset.bat didn't do the trick, you can manually delete the broken configuration file: Open Explorer (File Explorer) Paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\TeameeVo in the address bar then press enter. Delete every folders starting with S4TI.exe_url_ or just the most recent one
  2. Hello @AET1993, GameDataPath is wrong, the path should point to a sub folder located in the path defined in GameAppPath. Based on your GameAppPath, the default path should look like this « /Applications/The Sims 4.app/Contents ». So open Settings and change Data Path to /Applications/The Sims 4.app/Contents, then it should work.

    CC not exporting

    Hello @Erica Mack, By default duplicates and overrides are unchecked in the Export dialog. This could explain why some items are missing. For the broken progress indicator, I may have to update S4TI.

    On top left of the window, select File > Settings. If you are on macOS, next to the Apple logo > Tray Importer > Preferences (Tray Importer must have the focus for this menu to appear).

  11. Bonjour @Enalhya, Je dirais que les cils doivent partager la même couche de rendu que le bracelet. Trouver une variante qui n'entre pas en conflit avec celui-ci corrigera le problème. Exemple ici : 3D eyelashes ☆*:。Skin details | Patreon 3D eyelashes ☆*:。Part 4 | Patreon 3D eyelashes ☆*:。Part 5 | Patreon Probablement qu'ils n'ont pas le bon tag et donc le jeu ne les retire pas. Il devrait être possible de corriger le problème avec Sims 4 Studio en vérifiant les tags.

  18. Hello @elfling, I think the problem is OneDrive. Make sure 'Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4' is configured to also have a local copy of each files. Selecting File>Reload or Restarting S4TI should both update the listed contents. You can also try to disable Auto Detect in Settings and restore the original Documents folder (the one not on OneDrive).
  19. @JordanAlanda Oops! I made a typo, try with S4TI_launcherMac. If the command succeed you won't receive any message. If you receive a message, make sure you have entered the correct command. You can also take a look here: FAQ - Troubleshooting (MacOS) Mono is no longer required as it now uses .NET Core for MacOS, so you can remove it. Forcing the update should not be an issue.

  24. D'après les signalements, même en repartant à zéro, le problème finit par revenir. Tu peux aussi essayer de vider le cache d'EA App : Vider le cache pour résoudre des problèmes avec vos jeux (ea.com)
