Yes, I looked there before I checked this thread and it does not work. My computer says 'you do not have permission to open the application' and that I must contact the network admin, except this is a new macbook and I am the sole user of it, meaning I am the admin. I double-checked to make sure I was admin and fiddled around with the 'get info' tab to make sure I was allowed to access everything and I am. I just cannot get the app to work and it's frustrating me because I lost a bunch of files whilst migrating my mods folder from pc to mac, and now I cannot tell which of my households are missing cc items

@YPMacUser Sorry, since this is an issue with MacOS try to search the error message on Google or on the Apple support site.

If you find a solution that works, please let us know.

is there a fix yet? Finding it so hard to figure out what CC is what and who it belongs to be able to credit my uploads on TSR. Thanks.

Sorry there is still no fix at the moment.
Having a Mac would speed up the debugging, but unfortunately I don't own a Mac nor have access to one.

 

Edit: You can try an experimental fix here: None of the thumbnails are appearing - Page 2

Hello! First off, all of this help on the forum has been so helpful. Thank you!
 

I have the program downloaded on Mac, and it loads fine. However, when I go to right click on an item of CC, the "Show Containing Folder" is greyed out and unable to be clicked :( But everything loads fine -- I just can't select to see it in the folder to delete it.

 

I have my game downloaded via Origin.

Hello @alycatsimmer, The "Show Containing Folder" is disabled if the item is displayed in red, which means there is no file.

I'm running out of ideas.
Updating Eto.Forms and MonoMac seam to the only solution, but this require a complete rewrite of the UI due to major changes in the code.

This is what I am running into. It happens when I click on anything, and I am just at a loss on what to do next. I am so confused, haha. Maybe it has something to do with Origin -- who I have downloaded all my games from?

For now there is nothing we can do.

it just looks like this for me, even when I downloaded the linked thingy you sent me yesterday. What do you mean there isn't anything we can do?

MonoMac is responsible for the communication between non-native apps and your Mac, but the old version used by Eto.Forms appears to be incompatible with Big Sur, and I can't just switch to a newer version.

Updating Eto.Forms, which is responsible for the visual parts (window, control, drawing, etc), would fix the issue but will require a complete rewrite of the visual parts which mean a lot of work.

I already tried to patch Eto.Forms, but all my attempts just failed!

 

For now my efforts are put on S4TI v2.0.
