Installing the Files:
1.) For Houses/Lots - You should place the files in to the Tray folder, which can be found at Documents » Electronic Arts » The Sims 4 » Tray.

2.) Custom Content files (CC) - You should place the files in to the Mods folder located at Documents » Electronic Arts » The Sims 4 » Mods.

3.) Description:
 bb.moveobjects on off(remember to turn it on before placing the lot!)
