Community living has three floors, main one is the community space withkitchen, living room and bathroom, all open space, first floor has two big rooms with private living space and a shared bathrom, with a small shared balcony too, and second floor has one suite room with big community balcony with hot tub and bar.
For young sims to live and enjoy the company but having their private space at the same time.
