I'm pleased to release my Sims Valley Police Dept (without CC)

Notice:
Please keep in mind that when I created this with all Stuff/Expansions packs installed, This does not override any other Custom Content as they lots that DO NOT conflict with any other mod(s) etc..

Installation: 

Please read the READ ME! found in this download for details and tips to install manually.

Downloading info:
This download is virus-free and has no additional mesh and does require additional custom content to function probably. but should all you to use stock content form the game, unzip and place them in your Sims 4 "mods" folder that is it.

Requirements;
The Sims 4 Base game with/out any stuff or expansion packs installed!
