why my cc doesnt show in the tray importer? it has nothing in it

yeahh there's none of my household there. my library did not show in the tray importer.

Open File>Settings then make sure the language is the same as the one used for the game.

Language wont be valid until Game Folder is fixed.
Uncheck Auto Detect then click '...' next to Game Folder field, then select the path where the game is installed.
You can also let S4TI search for the right path by clicking on the Find button.

 

Looks like you are using OneDrive to store your documents on the cloud.
Try C:\Users\Asus VivoBook\Documents

But make sure Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 exists in the original Documents folder, not the OneDrive one.

im sorry but how can i remove my document folder from one drive i dont know how to put the folder in my desktop

i tried to unlink one drive from my pc but when i tried to change the location in the tray importer. the electronic arts folder doesnt show anymore. wht should i do

yeah i clicked just like u told me. user/asusvivobook/document but there isnt any files in it because mybe my electronic art folder is in onedrive. how do i change the location of the electronic arts folder to my pc? im stuck

And even after you have unlinked the folder from OneDrive, it doesn't work when you select OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4?

Make sure OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray is not empty.

If the folder is empty, check if you have saved your households/lots in the game library not the gallery, because S4TI doesn't work with the gallery.

It can be caused by a broken game or a broken cc.

 

 

Repair the game:

• Open Origin, locate the game, then right-click on the game cover and select Repair

 

Remove your CCs/Mods:

• Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
• Move the Mods folder on your Desktop.
• Launch the game to see if the bug is still there.
  • If the bug is still there, you can move back your old Mods folder.
  • Else you'll need to find which CCs cause the bug.

 

Delete localthumbcache.package:

• Delete Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\localthumbcache.package.
• Launch the game to see if the bug is still there.

 

Reset your save:

• Move Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop.
• Launch the game, it will create a new folder.
• Close the game.
• Copy Tray, saves, Mods, *Recorded Videos and *Screenshots from the old folder to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
  *optional
• Launch the game to see if the bug is still there.
  • If that fixed the bug, you can delete your old save folder that you previously moved on the Desktop.
