Can't Download Files From Site

I was trying to download a sim. I kept getting an error message that the download failed. I kept trying. Now, any file I try to download says "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file", Can someone advise on both issues. Thanks.

Do you still have the problem?

What files were you trying to download?

You may have trouble downloading large files if you don't have a fast enough internet speed, this is an issue with our host.

Signing out then signing back in fixed the "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file" issue. Thank you.

And I assumed my issue with downloading was a problem with this site because I have never had a problem downloading from anywhere else. Is there a possibility of this being fixed in the future? Thanks so much.

Our host is not optimized for file sharing, that's the issue.
I cannot speak for our admin, but she is aware of the problem.

It seems like it's still not fixed. I have trouble downloading a 72.3 MB file and other files of similar size. Files over 100 MB are impossible. Much smaller files fare better, of course.
