How to change gallery image on Mac?

Is there a way to change gallery image on Mac cause I have been searching up and down an all I find is for Windows and if there isn’t please add it I am dying to change the gallery images

First select an item, then the option should appear or activate on the taskbar.
You should see something like Sims4TrayImporter, Edit, Tools, Help (not sure since I'm not on Mac right now)

Look for Edit>Replace Image

 

Don't forget that if you upload custom images on the gallery, your creation will be hidden.

There is nothing like that I am seeing but if the creation will be hidden what’s the point

Make sure S4TI have focus else the options won't appear on the taskbar (next to the Apple menu).

This how EA handle contents with custom images, but it only affects the gallery if you choose to share your creators with others.
It worked great until EA discovered that S4TI can change the gallery images.
