tray importer ne trouve pas mes éléments enregistré

bonjour, j'ai chercher sur plusieurs post pour résoudre mon problème mais rien ne marche, du coup je vous écrit celui la.

quand je vais sur Tray Importer la liste à gauche est totalement vide, j'ai gérer les paramètres de préférence mais rien n'y fait

Tu es sur Mac ou Windows ?

 

Vérifie si tu as bien des fichiers dans le dossier 'Documents\Electronic Arts\Les Sims 4\Tray' ou 'Documents\Electronic Arts\Les Sims 4 Edition Classique\Tray' si tu as la version Classique.

Si tu as l'Édition Classique, assure-toi de bien sélectionner l'option dans les paramètres.

La langue doit aussi correspondre à celle du jeu pour détecter le dossier de sauvegarde. 

 

Essaie d'ouvrir le Rapport de l'application

sous Windows: AIDE>Rapport de l'application

sous Mac: barre des tâches>Sims4TrayImporter>Rapport de l'application

ok j'ai régler le tout en supprimant entièrement mes sims, Origins, Tray importer...

Hey @deevo I downloaded the latest version of S4TI for mac and mono framework and the app opens just fine, i can see my gallery items tray files but not the cc used. When i first opened the app it prompts me to save the path, i do and click save but when it restarts it still asks me again to save the path continously. I dont know what the issue is and im hoping there is a fix for mac users soon because ive been using S4TI to export my builds and cc used to share for a long time now before i switched to mac

If S4TI asks to save the path, it's probably because it cannot find the game.

Open Sims4TrayImporter>App Reports to confirm that the game exists at the given path.

I have no idea why it says that the game isn't installed. But now I'm stuck in this loop where it keeps asking for my preferences every time it opens and then saves it and I'm back with the same thing again. I've read a couple of the solutions but I'm none the wiser...

Any idea how to fix it?

DataPath should point to the game folder inside "/Applications/The Sims 4.app".

Leave it empty if you are not sure or try "/Applications/The Sims 4.app/Contents/Resources/drive_c/Program Files/The Sims 4"

 

Also select the standard edition (Metal) since it doesn't look to be the Legacy Edition.
