I am currently experiencing the same issue. My game is not able to be played because with 12,000 cc, its quite difficult to track down the problem cc. I rely on S4TI a lot but have been unable to do so. I posted the system diagnostics below.

Hello @TheYoreWay,

The log doesn't show any errors. 🤔

After selecting an item from the library, the CC tab is still empty? What about the Files tab?

Does the problem only occurs for some items or all of them?

Is there any error messages?

What happens when you click on the folder button?

If the button works, it should open the Mods folder in File Explorer.

I see that it says file not found for the SIms4.GameInfo.Settings.xml ... I don't know if that's an issue.

It'll show it when I click on those buttons.

When I go in to to the "Find Conflicts", it'll scan but show nothing.

I know that I have bad content but I just don't know what.

When I click on the Mods folder, it'll open up a dialog box for my mods folder.  But doesn't show anything when scanning. Ive used this for a long time with no issues whatsoever until recently. There has been no changes to my mods folder either.

This is the old configuration file and is no longer supported.

Yep, something is wrong here and it seems to be like this since a longtime. 😕

So it stopped working after the updated? Do you remember what was the previously installed version?

Posté(e)

I can't remember which version I had prior to this because my pc was down for awhile. But I had no issues and now all the issues. I'll try to look through some old files to see if I can find out which version it was that I had. University is out soon and I'd like to be able to play without problems. 😞

Not sure if I can fix it before University is out but it should be fixed soon enough. 😉

Have tried Mod Conflict Detector or Sims 4 Studio?

Else you will have to do it the old way, by gradually move back mods until you discover the broken mods.

Update:

I found the main error, but it seems there is another one that cause some items to be skipped. Well this one will be for another update! 🤔

I just need to do some cleanup, before uploaling the fix. ^^
