Because it can not find the game in that location and the game is not properly registered.

 

If you know where the game is installed:

Uncheck Auto Detect, then click '...' next to the game path to select the actual path of the game.

 

If you don't know where the game is installed:

Uncheck Auto Detect, then click Find. S4TI will try to locate the game for you.

There is problem in the file of the computer so you have to stop in the file of D

I presume that your drive C:\ is almost full!

But I was talking about changing the path in the Game Folder field. Does changing it shows the same error?

What is the full path of the game on D:\?

@Firdevs Zümrü try to enter D:\The Sims 4 in the box, then close and open S4TI. That should do it.

@Firdevs Zümrü for unknown reason InstallDir appears to be empty?!

 

Open S4TI folder, then find s4ti - reset.bat and double-click to launch it.

 

If that doesn't work:

Download this file sims4regfix.reg and double-click on it to apply.
