CC not showing

Hi,

I have downloaded The Sims 4 Tray Installer on my MacBook but although it is showing my created sims it is giving me an error saying searching for CC is not currently available.

I have seen several other threads here with this issue but none of the fixes suggested have work?

Any help appreciated.

Hello @JoJosCircus,

S4TI require some files from the game to work and there is no easy way to do it on Mac.

If the game is installed in Applications with the default name (The Sims 4.app), S4TI should be able to find it, else you'll need to open the configuration dialog to fix it.

Have you tried to configure the game?

Open Sims4TrayImporter>Preferences or press Cmd+, to open the configuration dialog.

Then change the path of the game to where the game is currently installed.

If that doesn't work, open Sims4TrayImporter>App Repports then paste the result here.
