S4TI says that my CC is missing... but it's right there in the folder!

Hey, folks. Maybe someone can help me out. After exiting my game to grab dinner, I came back to find all the custom content I had just used to create two new sims was suddenly "missing" from my game. I downloaded S4TI to make sure this wasn't the actual case, but yes - it shows the CC is missing, but the CC package is still right there, untouched, in the mods folder! The only thing I can think to what could have happened was my cat stepped on the keyboard and removed the CC in the mods folder, but I had a fresh backup and dropped all the same package files in again. To troubleshoot, I did try downloading and replacing the "missing" files, but the game still says they're gone. Help?

The CC is there, but some meshes are missing.

Have you tried to look in the Recycle Bin in case your cat accidentally deleted them, the files should still be there? ^^
