TRAY IMPORTER CRASHES

ok so hi btw ily,you are basically a god to all of us simmers.ok FIRST OFF,i had been having trouble locating my sims 4 file or whatever then i found it (GREAT) i thought all my issues were resolved i went to one of the households clicked "CC" and IT WORKED PEFECTLLYYYY **NOTTTTTT** IT FRIGGING CRASHED AND IM SO MAD SO SORRY for using caps aka "yelling" but I'm 3rd degree triggered.

plz help me resolve this because tray importer will literally/mentally/physically solve all my life problems. TY LY <3

Do you get an error message?

If you are on Mac you will need to open Applications/Utilities/Console.app to see the logged errors.

OK SO,i downloaded the version u linked, no help.i opened console and I'm lost from there on

@SammySims4 open User Diagnostic Reports and look for Sims4TrayImporter.

@SammySims4 Sorry it's a bit hard for me to explain since I'm not on Mac. 

 

You just need to open the Applications/Utilities/Console.app, then select the User Diagnostic Reports on the left pane.

There should be a list of logged crashes, select the most recent one that start with Sims4TrayImporter.

 

Copy or send the message from the crash report so that I can see what is causing the crash.

I've had the same issue with it crashing as soon as I click on "CC".
