Pictures on the gallery are not changing

Hi. I've downloaded the tray importer and uploaded a Sim to the gallery, replaced the first and second pictures in the tray importer, and hit apply. I went back into the gallery multiple times and the pictures just won't update. What am I doing wrong?

Hello @hotcashew, have you tried reuploading your sim after replacing the pictures?

How would I do that? I am new to the whole gallery scene.

To remove/reupload: open your sim then click on the cloud icon in lower left corner.

I removed her, reuploaded her, and changed the pictures through the tray application. The problem still seems to be there - the images did not change on the gallery. I am uploading PNG, should they be JPG? I have the proper net framework installed and everything is up to date. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue but I'm pretty bummed.

You must replace the pictures before uploading your sim, else they won't be uploaded. 

This tool only modify your pictures locally, that's why you can't see the change in the gallery until you reupload your sim with the modified pictures.

Oh my gosh, thank you for your patience!! I got it to work. This was exactly my mistake!
