How To See Households

I downloaded the Tray Importer but can’t view my households and have no tutorial on how. Why is this?

This happens if the game is not properly installed or non official.

The required informations are simply missing or erroneous.

Just open FILE>Config Paths to fix it.

hello. you might not respond to this because the post is kind of old but whatever.  the first image is what i see when i open sims 4 tray importer. the second image is the debug menu. as you can see, there are two spaces that say false. the first is the one that says IsGameInstalled. the second one is the InstallDirExists. however, i do not know what to do to make them say true. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @sleepy,

InstallDir on Mac is the location of The Sims 4 app. The default location is /Applications/The Sims 4.app or ~/Applications/The Sims 4.app.

But if you have changed the default location of your Origin Library you'll need to change the path like this <Enter Your Origin Library>/The Sims 4.app.
