Can someone help me?

I don't know how to fix this problem is it a bug or something?

Look like someone forgot to include thumbnails too!

 

The game should not complain it should just generate new ones, but S4TI will list them in red to indicate that some files are missing.

Just make sure that there is at least two files: .trayitem + (.householdbinary|.blueprint|.room)

 

Does it happen with other content than Household?

If that contents are not your owns, ask the original creator to fix the missing files: two .hhi for the portrait and one .sgi per Sim.

If it happen on your own contents, try to repair the game, that won't fix the existing ones, but may fix new ones.

 

If all files are present and S4TI fails to find them, then there's definitely an error somewhere.

I presume that all files are there then.

 

1. Click on the Files section, select all files then right-click>Show containing folder.

2. In Explorer, make sure that files are sorted by date so that all related files are displayed next to each other.

    If the selection is lost, close Explorer and redo step 1.

3. Zip all files which the date is close to the selected files or just take a screenshot of the file.

4. Upload the file here.

lol sorry I completely forgot about this sorry the household images aren't there

If those files was downloaded outside the Gallery, you'll need to download them again.

 

If it's a bug with the game or the Gallery:

Try to repair the game. Open Origin, right-click on The Sims 4 then select Repair.

 

If that doesn't fix the problem, try to delete all cached files in your save folder:

- Close the game

- Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

- Delete localthumbcache.package (this will slow down the CAS a bit until all thumbnails are regenerated)

- Open \cache and delete the content

- Open \cachestr and delete the content

- Delete \onlinethumbnailcache

 

That won't fix the missing thumbnails for existing contents, but should fix it for newer ones.
