Exception error message

Hi, I have a problem opening S4TI.

I have installed it and when I open it I get an error / problem.

 

And my game is installed in this location.

 

 

 

I speak Spanish, but my game is in English. I use windows 10 and it is updated.

Can anybody help me?

hello, i just downloaded the version 1.6.5.2 and I have this problem where none of my cc nor households, etc. show up. It seems like the path is incorrect because it keeps looking into my documents folder. I tried changing it to my sims 4 folder but an error came up and i just couldnt use it anymore. what should i do?? As you can see, all columns are empty too

Try to run a system diagnostics

AYUDA > Diagnóstico del sistema (HELP > System Diagnostics)

I did it and apart I changed the language of my game, I do not know what was the solution but now it works correctly, thanks. (:

This is definitely a bug, the missing save folder should not make it crash. 

 

So just make sure the proper language is set until I fix the issue.

I'm not quite sure now. 

 

Just make sure that everything is setup properly then restart.

The Documents field should point to your Documents folder, so removing Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 should fix the problem.
