help mee

[Alessandro Foresio]

so I just downloaded the sims 4 tray importer on my Macbook and when I open it it says to configure my game and it doesn't show my gallery. Then when I click save it redoes the same thing. PLEASE HELP ME

Have you configured the game?

This box will continue to show until you configure it correctly.

Locale must match the game language since the save folder may be localized.

InstallDir must point to The Sims 4.app.

You can click the dropdown then select "..." to browse your apps.

What is the name of Sims 4 folder in /Documents/Electronic Arts?

Is The Sims 4.app present in your /Applications folder?

[Alessandro Foresio]

no the sims 4 app is not present there and everytime I try to put it in it doesn't do that, the name of the folder is just the sims 4

There could be a bug when manually entering the path so click the dropdown then select "..." to browse for the app.
