Hi @maraudeer,

Are those CCs available in game? :ermm:

Red means the content doesn't exist on the disk, so it's reported as missing since there's nothing to resolve.

This is normal behavior unless there's an error that break the scan.

Hey guys! So, I'm having the same problem. S4TI uploads my gallery and everything, but all my CC appear red. I have them in the game and they work fine, they just don't appear in S4TI. Can you guys help me?

Here's the system diagnostics

Open "Documents\Electonic Arts\" then look how many folder appears in there. :ermm:

The locale must match your game settings since the save folder is localized for most language.

Try to find the one that contains a Mods folder.

I did and there's just one folder, The sims 4, and inside there one mods folder. And it's the exact path that I put in the config path when configuring S4TI. Still not working. Can I have subfolders inside the mods? Does it still work?

Oops, I totally missed it, you have set the wrong path for your save folder.

Try "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\" instead of "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4". :/

Posté(e)

Ok, it's working right now, but I had to add the path through the custom folders on the top right part... if I set it through the config path it doesn't work :/

anyways, thanks for helping me, I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong

Custom folders will work as a workaround but is not recommanded for the Mods folder itself. ^_^

Can you make a screenshot of the config dialog? :ermm:

Thanks @JenDS,

Documents should point to your actual Documents folder (ex: C:\users\...\Documents).

Removing "\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" from the path should fix the problem. :/

Else you can just click on the blue arrow to restore the default Documents folder or click "..." to select it manually.
