Whenever I try to re-install the Tray Importer this immage pops up. And when I try to delete the TeameeVo folder,it says that I dont have access to it.

First, make sure S4TI is not running, since it will lock the files.

Open Control Panel or Settings:
- Select the one that contains 'Remove programs' or something similar.

- Look for Tray Importer.

- Click Uninstall

Then try to install it again.

If it fails, click on the installer then select Run as administrator.

You can manualy delete the folder, as you already tried to do, but you must grant the access from an admin account since all folders in Program Files are protected.

Your antivirus may be the one that is locking the file, so check it.

I am having this same problem. I cannot remove the folder even if I try to run as administrator, it says I do not have permission.

@fakewig Just click Continue.

A reboot may help to fix the issue, reloading Explorer.exe can also help (open Task Manager, select Explorer.exe, then Restart), but most of the time it's a third party program that locks them.
