I can't see the CC's that is in my sim's household?

I'm tried to changing the 'config path' but I can't seem to get how it works, and I can't find anyone with the same problem?

I'm award of this problem but I've not yet find the cause of it.

 

Here a list of errors that could lead to an empty list:

- Missing or Empty Mods folder

- Read error in TrayItem
- Broken CC
- Read access
- 5min delay (the scan always aborts after 5min)

- Switching too fast between your trayitems

 

Most errors are handled, but sometime one seems to get out of the box. 

 

Opening HELP>System Diagnostics will tell if the paths are OK and show the number of files in Mods and Tray.

Since the Library is loaded, I don't think it is a path issue.

 

If you have moved your Mods folder to use the Custom Folders

 

 

Look like there is a problem here: 

used by is empty while it should show the name of the selected item! 

 

Update

There is an internal check that look if the Mods folder exists before loading the CC page, if it fails the name will not show and the list will remain empty.

So check if the Mods folder exists, you can click Open Mods folder to confirm that or open the Diagnostics box in HELP.

I tried installing the beta version but it says '

@Daiyanna Check if your antivirus is blocking it, this is a common problem since this is a beta.
