Hey, I've been trying to run this app for some time now but it first said parser error configuration, I fixed that problem now it says this please help.

Looks like the configuration files got corrupted.

 

Right-click on S4TI icon on your desktop and select Open file location, or open File Explorer then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\TeameeVo\Sims 4 Tray Importer (S4TI)

Look for s4ti_x64 - reset.bat and double-click on it to reset your settings.

 

If that doesn't fix the issue, open File Explorer, then type %userprofile%\AppData\Local\TeameeVo in the Adress bar and press enter.

Delete all folders starting with S4TI_x64.exe (e.g. S4TI_x64.exe_Url_...)

I've tried your suggestions but neither seemed to work.

But this time remove all folders starting with S4TI

@scepticalbby Try Safe Mode :

Right-click on S4TI icon on your desktop and select Open file location, or open File Explorer then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\TeameeVo\Sims 4 Tray Importer (S4TI)

Look for s4ti_x64 - safemode.bat or s4ti - safemode.bat and double-click on it to launch S4TI in safe mode.

my file just says safemode not safemode.bat

That's the right one, .bat is the file extension and is hidden by default.

 

Take screenshot of %userprofile%\AppData\Local\TeameeVo

Try this fixed version:

S4TI_unified_inst_191120-fix.zip

It still comes up with the same error

@scepticalbby This one may not fix the issue so you may have to start it with the "safemode batch file" in order to skip the broken configuration file.

You may also try the reset command or/and clear the %userprofile%\AppData\Local\TeameeVo to make sure that the fixed configuration file is created,

 

If it still fails, right-click then select Run as Admin

Nope not working, could it be my laptop with the problem it worked fine with previous versions

The error points to the configuration file, so I don't think so.

Is the error the still same? It may still crash, but not at the same place.

I don't remember but I've tried to install and run the other versions but the same error happens.

Open Command Prompt or PowerShell then type sfc /scannow then press enter.
