@deevo thank you for the explanation, makes sense now.

is it conflict here means that i have 2 cc that can't used together? like most skin details or eyes CCs? or is it just same CC with different name?

and one more question xD, what is the green tag icon on the tray list under the lots/household/room icon?

Most likely, yes! ^^

In rare cases they could be intentional overrides to extend the original mods and in that case you must watch the loading order.

You can use TOOLS>Find Conflicts to determine if they are the same files or something else.

The green tag means that an object from a game pack or a dlc was used.

Done!

I had no problem using S4TI before but I just downloaded the new version and I can't see anything in my library even though I manually selected my game folder.

I saw a thread about the problem and tried changing the install dir in the settings xml file but that didn't work. I also tried installing earlier versions and no luck 😕

Really hope you could fix this bug soon, it's so hard to organize my cc without this app.

Hello, the problem is here:

There should be only one entry else the first one is picked up.

So deleting 'C:\ProgramData\TeameeVo\Sims 4 Tray Importer\Sims4.GameInfos.Settings.xml' should fix the problem.

I'm still investigating what is causing this. 😕

Edit: The bug should now be fixed! So just install the latest version. 😉

Hi, I'm having a problem. I used to use tray importer in my old PC,. When I downloaded the new version (1.9.8) in my new PC, it seems that the app couldn't find any files ( 0 files found). Hope you can help me, thank you.

Hello @Papillonium,

This is the new behavior since I removed the some magics that previously could have detected the game.

Open File>Settings then uncheck Auto Detect.

If an exclamation mark appears and you don't know where is the game installed click Find to locate the it, this can take a while.

Hi, since the latest update, cc won't show up for everything added after the update. (what I'm trying to say is that every house, families, etc that I saved before the update works perfectly, but after the update, cc won't show up ;^;)
