Then make sure you have selected the same language the game is using in the Settings dialog, because it affects how the Sims 4 folder in Documents will be named.

Thank you, I'm not sure how but my tray was empty so I had to go into my saved game and re-save all my sims into library. They are now showing in tray importer.

Hello! I had an old version of the Tray Importer on my computer for a couple years, and thought it was time to finally update. I deleted the old app, and went to download the newest version. When I click on the "Download this File" button, though, I'm met with an "Oops! Something went wrong." page. I tried signing in to see if I needed user permission, but it's still now working.

 

Any solution? Thanks!

We need the exact message, because "Oops! Something went wrong." can be anything.

You can copy the text displayed or take a screenshot.

 

The server was probably too busy to handle the download, when it happens just wait a few minutes then refresh the page and retry to download the file.

I can't properly run a find conflict. Even when there are known duplicates it does not find any. I could use some assistance!

Try to uncheck Game and Others to see if the scan can complete.

 

Not sure what changed since the previous release, but I suspect the bug is related to a missing folder, make sure the game in properly configured in Settings and that the Custom Folders do not contain any non existing locations.

Hello there!
I really need help with the tray importer. Whenever I try to edit the properties of any household in the tray importer, (such as description, hashtags, et.c.) it won't let me, and I get a pop-up saying "Oops! An error has occurred, the operation has failed!No file was modified." (See the image attached) Is there any way to fix this?  the household I'm trying to edit has no CC and uses only one pack and nothing else. It would mean a lot if you could help me with this

Sorry for the late reply, it's a bug caused by an internal change for which I forgot to update the editor.

 

Reverting to the previous version should bring back the old behavior.

You can do so by going the changelog section of the download page, next to it there is an option to select an older version to download, then the download link will be displayed right under the changelog.

I've downloaded Tray Importer to change the screenshots used on my buildings gallery. It works well until i share my buildings. They disapear from my library and they're not appearing in my own catalog.

Do I use the software the wrong way ? I watched a lot of tutorials to solve my problem but nothing works.

On the first screenshot, my main page, you can see my building in the top left corner, but on the second one, in my catalog, it doesn't appear.




I hope you can help me

Modified pictures are also considered CC.
Try to enable CC in the advanced options of the Library,

Note that you are losing in visibility when using modified contents because users that don't have the CC option enabled won't be able to see them.

hello Deevo, I think the mac version need an update I tried override by a force open through the terminal it still didn't open.
