Just wanted to report that toddlers born with the werewolf genetics do not produce images and can sometimes error out the program. I have not been able to reproduce the errors reliably... but every toddler born in game that has the werewolf gene comes up with a blank image.

I'm having a weird issue where I can't import zip objects. When I select a file to import all I get is a blank "Install Contents" page with the option to install greyed out. I've tried multiple files, but none of them have worked. The only thing that has worked is unzipping the file, selecting the trayitem file and then it would import, however none of the CC is installed along with it.

Since I don't own the Werewolves Pack, it would greatly help me if you could share a household where you can reproduce the bug.

Hi,

 

similar bug here with both werewolves and highschool installed. I get the blank contents box, and the install location also is consistently referring to the first household I tried to import, no matter which household I select. Hope this is helpful. My actual user has been changed to "user" for security. I don't think I was getting this error before I updated, so maybe trying with an older version would help?

Hello @lincolntiel and @Drinkingpants74,

You can try this fix:
- Close S4TI
- Download S4TI_emptyimport_fix.zip

- Extract it in the folder where S4TI is installed (usually 'C:\Program Files (x86)\TeameeVo\Sims 4 Tray Importer (S4TI)').

  This will fix the missing binding redirect.

- Launch S4TI then try to import any household/lot/room.
  The Install Contents dialog should no longer be empty.

Had an error come up told me to control + C and it didn't copy anything I have been having issues getting all my cc that I use from The Sims Resource in my files. They don't always show everything even after I click all the cc to be added to the zip file. When I am in the 64x of the tray importer it won't show me the containing folder. https://prnt.sc/gkunqUS9pkVF

Next time you get an error, expand the message box by clicking on the Details button to show the full error message.
You can then select and copy the error message.

 

Ctrl+C should work on the message box when not expanded, but the message box must be active.
But it's also possible they dropped this feature on Win11.

You mean not all files are shown when trying to export your content or that some files are missing once exported?

The fix makes it so the program can read zips again but if I load several zips or tray files into the importer and select the ones I want, I just get the selected number of sims - from the top. So if I select sim 3, 6 and 7, I get 1, 2 and 3.

If you mean the ones in red, they are not installed (missing), that's why the path is empty.

They are installed, I use the TSRCC manager. They don't pull everything from there. Is there a way to get a fix for that?

It's hard to fix if I cannot reproduce the problem.

Do you have a reproducible case where I can take a look to see why some CCs are not showing while the TSRCC manager doesn't seem to have an issue importing them?

 

Have you tried the today's release?
