The program is slowing down a lot. In addition, the program does not want to work with custom content. It either simply stops working or becomes a white non-auto screen.I don't know if I can show you this in screenshots.

If your computer is low in memory this could cause a slow down.
At which moment you see a slow down.

Hello. There was a problem with adding files. The program doesn 't seem to see the files at all .package . The path is right. I can't understand what the reason is the program version 1.22.1.0 . Windows 10 Home version. Please help me.

Hello Everyone, I wanted to use Tray importer to upload my households, but I can only see families and 2 rooms that I saved in the game. No Houses. I tried to switch from base game to legacy, not working. Any suggestions?

@pinki210 Make sure to save them to your Library, S4TI doesn't work with the Gallery.

hi. i have a really big problem. i'm on windows 10.

 

i was trying to use the tray importer to locate some broken cc, and it lists the cc, but it lists all of it (even unbroken files) as "unintsalled"? so it doesn't list the names, and i can't right click or else the program crashes.

 

 

i just wanted to find this stupid broken cc.

 

also, my antivirus keeps blocking attacks of this program trying to "delete protected files" which is seedy as fuck so i'd rather not have this program installed any longer than i have to.

Thanks for taking the time to report the issue.
I may already have a fix for the broken context menu that keep throwing an error when right-clicking, but nothing about working CCs that are shown as broken CCs.
 

Seeing that Pack - Not Installed is present, I suspect it's a path issue. Open the Settings dialog and check if there is some red marks.
Also check App Reports to confirm that each settings are ok.

 

If you already have deleted a file without restarting S4TI, it could be a caching issue. Just restart S4TI and confirm that the bug is still there.

 

Edit: If you have changed the game location without repairing the game, the old game location might still be referenced in the registry, which would confuse S4TI to use the old game location.
You can workaround this by repairing the game or manually select the correct game location after disabling the Auto Detect mode.

Make sure you have downloaded the app from this link: https://luniversims.fr/files/file/73-sims-4-tray-importer/

If not, uninstall it and reinstall it using the link above.

 

What is your AV?

AVs are not perfect, some AVs do more than what is needed and tend to be more harmful than anything, but it's always safer to have one than not having one.

You can submit the app to the AV team and they may be able to fix the false positives if there are any or suggest a workaround.

You can also submit the app to VirusTotal to scan it against the majors AVs available on the market.

Do you have the name of those protected files?

Deux petites suggestions pour une prochaine version,

 - la possibilité de cliquer sur le nom d'une colonne (Instance, Type et Emplacement) et de trier dans l'ordre alphabétique

- la possibilité de copier le texte d'une ligne et/ou d'exporter dans un fichier texte/csv la liste des packages 

 

Aussi, existe-t-il un site web ou une base de données quelque part qui contient les noms des package (que ça soit le nom du fichier ou bien le nom à l'intérieur du fichier) sur la base du numéro d'instance ? Ca serait TRES pratique pour identifier et retrouver les CC manquants.

Cette fonctionnalité est déjà présente malgré qu'il n'y a pas d'indication sur les colonnes.

Bien qu'elle ne soit pas intégrée explicitement, Clic-droit>Informations>Copier permet de copier le contenu de la liste.

Pas à ma connaissance, mais je crois qu'il existe un outil sur Mod the Sims capable d'identifer la provenance et/ou le créateur de certains CCs.

 

Lookbook

Pour sa part, S4TI intègre un lookbook qui peut être partagé à la place du CC.
Ce qui permet d'identifier le contenu manquant même s'il n'a pas été inclus dans le fichier .zip.
La création du lookbook demande un peu plus d'effort, mais la taille du fichier partagée est réduite à presque rien.
De plus il est automatiquement ajouté à celui de l'utilisateur.
Note :  Cette fonctionnalité est restée à un stade expérimental.

Je te confirme que sur la version MacOS 1.0.2.0, rien ne se passe quand on clic gauche, double clic ou clic droit sur les colonnes.

 

Pour copier les noms dans le presse-papier, mea culpa, je n'avais pas pensé à sélectionner plusieurs lignes puis faire copier, ça fonctionne effectivement.

 

Par contre je ne vois pas de quoi tu veux parler avec le "look book", c'est une autre app ? Je ne vois cette fonction nulle part...

Ce sujet est destiné à la version Windows, celui pour la version Mac se trouve ici :  Sims 4 Tray Importer for Mac 

 

Je confirme que dans la version Mac il est impossible de trier les columns et qu'il n'y a pas de lookbook.
Le lookbook existe uniquement dans le version pour Windows.
