I am having issues with getting the tray importer to find my updated saved games. I am trying to delete cc that is not working. The first time I opened sims 4 it found my saved game, but it hasn't changed since then. I tried to reroute  it to my EA folder that was downloaded in my documents folder that has my saved games folder in it but the box  turns red. I am using a Window PC. What can  i do to fix this?

Hello @Miya98, I think the issue is OneDrive, your entire Documents folder is saved in the cloud.
Unless you are running out of space, try to restore the Electronic Arts folder locally.

I just downloaded the latest update after not using the program in a while.  Whenever I launch it now, whether regular or 64 bit, I get an "Oops!  Something goes wrong..." error.  I hit the Details button and hit CTRL+C to copy the message as the error instructed.  When I hit Continue, things seem to work just fine, so I don't know what this error means:

The current version is not compatible with the latest macOS.

Good day. My program no longer works. I have Windows 7. When I try to somehow interact with custom content, everything just stops working. And after the first attempt to archive a sim with custom content, I do not open the program at all. There is only an error window.
