hey so i just installed s4ti. i've changed the installation path and my saves folder path but still to no avail. i've been fiddling with this & looking for the solutions for like an hour or 2 now but still to no avail. can you please explain to me what did i left out or where did i went wrong?

and yes i am using the x64 version because that is what my laptop is currently running with.

edited the installdir on my xml file and yes, still. no solution.

Hi I was wondering if it is possible to update tray importer so it displays the name of missing items or cc and not just a bunch of numbers. It would help so we can download the needed file instead of wondering what is missing. Just an idea and hope you take it into consideration for a future update, possibly. Have a nice day!

The problem is that the game doesn't save any info about the CCs apart their IDs and without this info S4TI cannot do more when the CCs are not found in your Mods folder.

To be able to show the name of unknowns, it would require to maintain a database of all CCs created so far.

There is a lookbook feature builtin S4TI that can store the info for later use, and further more it can be shared when exporting the files instead of adding the CCs.
If a lookbook is found while importing, it will automatically be merged to yours.
I was planning to release S4TI with a pre-built lookbook to at least show that the feature exists, but never found the time to build one.

This feature is not fully documented because it still in experimental form.

Hii, so my tray importer always freeze and i have to restart it. Also I can't scan a cc room for custom wallpapers and floors? I also sometimes get an error messege when trying to run sims 4 tray importer. This really sucks because i had great use of this program

If you have a lot of CC, the first scan will take some time to complete.

If you have troubles with wallpapers and floors, try this one: S4TI - 1.11.04.0 (1 avril) - Win

So i'm having trouble trying to delete my cc that's broken but it keeps showing it's not in game, I don't know what else to do to fix it. Can someone please help?

@Jlovely010, open FILE>Settings then check the game path.
You can also post the log found in App Reports.

Hii oh yeah sorry for not posting the error. I will remember to screenshot it next time  

 

Also I downloaded the version you linked but wallpapers and floors still doesn't come up  It's just blank. I've saved a room with only wallpapers and floors, cuz i wanna delete them since the wallpapers doesn't work the way the should do and they're only called 'impecable plaster' in game, or something like that.

 

(I don't know how to delete the messege i sent before  I wanted to quote you so you understand what i'm talking about so i wrote a new messege)

I don't understand what you mean by upload the room. but if did take some screenshots  In the second photo i wanted to show that the room only contains wallpaper and floor

Export the room with S4TI then attach the file in your post.
