I wish I could get a Mac so that I could assist you, but unfortunately I can't afford it! 

 

Maybe if someone repack the app in a DMG that would fix those problems?

i mainly want to reduce the lag in my game (im not expecting it to be perfect on a macbook air), any tips? i have a system cleaner that sometimes helps and i took a good amount of my cc out already

Which version of Mono have you installed?

If you are running El Capitan or Sierra make sure you are not installing Mono in rooted mode (/user/bin/mono) else it may not work.

If this is the case, just uninstall Mono then reinstall it using the latest version.

Did you remove previous version before installing a new Mono version?

 

You may try Sims 4 Studio to browse your CCs.

Hi. I have been having issues with this and I haven´t found an answer in the comments. I have installed the new version of mono and I got the latest version f the Sims 4 Tray Imported but as soon as I click on the app on Finder a message comes up saying: The application “Sims4TrayImporter” can’t be opened. Help?

Hi @carolineismystyle123,

 

The message just say that the program was not properly registered as launchable.

The latest version should allow you to launch the app using terminal.

Hey @deevo I have an updated mac - version 10.11.6 and the program downloaded fine. However, when I go to use it nothing comes up from my sims 4 game (the cc). Is it cus i am too updated?

Hey! So I've currently got the latest version of Sierra, the mono framework, and Tray Importer (from July) for mac downloaded, and I can open the program, except before any of the files can load the program just stops responding every time. I've tried launching through terminal, installing and reinstalling the program + framework, and it just won't respond. Anyone have any tips?

Yes this is a bug I am aware.
The list seems to load at once the entire library including the thumbnails which cause the program to stop responding.

This only affects Mac users, on Windows the problem is not as such important.

 

Unfortunatly I can't fix it for sure without a Mac!

What happen if it says the drop files here to install is not available and the stuff in my gallery is not showing up????

I have done every single step that it has told me to do twice by reinstalling and uninstalling. I don't understand how to make the Debug thing turn to True and not False. Someone please help all I want to do is delete some ugly CC I don't want! Please help me ASAP!  I'm getting very frustrated and stressed!
