Hi  I had an earlier version of the importer for MAC. But i upgraded and then it got rid of the file. This one is not working it has a .mac file there was nothing to unzip and it's not working. the earlier one just didn't show pictures. but I could use it to single out cc. Do you have the earlier file still I cannot find an earlier version

I have downloaded the sims 4 tray importer for my MacBook 4x this morning. First said I needed another app to open the contents, I bought that app.  When trying to open with RAR pro it says the file is not compressed and can't be opened.  The file will not self extract and I can't use it.  My sims game is broken even after removing mods and CC.  I think something is hidden and I need help to repair my sons game but this is the only forum I have found that gives me a way to do it, but nothing at all works on sims 4 tray importer for Mac as I can't even open the file.  What am I doing wrong!!!????  Please help before I throw the entire game away from frustration

Hello @KatSim,

Make sure you have the latest version from here S4TI - 1.25.3.0 - (12 mars) - Mac and follow the instructions provided in the post.

The download is just a normal zip file, no additional app needed, just double-click to extract then locate the extracted app.

 

You should still be able to request a refund for the unnecessary app.

Hi! I've been trying on and off to make the new update work for me for a few months now, and it's just not happening. 

I got the previous version working, but I cant seem to figure this one out

 

I get past the stage of "this might be a malware" And when I press open the little Icon bobs in my command bar(or whatever it's called) But then nothing. No error message, no opening of the app no nothing.

 

I installed both Mono and .Net, and I did the chmod, (several times, in different sequences to see if it would change anything) 

 

Admittedly I'm a noob and am probably just doing something real silly.

I'm afraid I've already tried it and several others. I recently noticed that when I enter the command into terminal I get this error message: 

-bash: chmod755: command not found

You are missing a space between chmod and 755.

Hi ! 

I need help, I don't know why but I always have an error popup everytime I want to see info about my sims : 
it says "could not set property 'DataContext' on 'Eto.Forms.TableLayout'" and it won't let me click anything other than 'quit'.

Please help ! Thank you
