Hi, thank you so much for this tool !!

 

I don't know what I am doing wrong but the replacement only works for the 300x200 picture but not on the 591x394. 

It shows up when I load it (pic 1) but when i save it doesn't change anything (pic 2) 

 

 

 

 

Anyone with the same issue ?

Hello @clumsylenny,
Is the replacement picture size 591x394 and in JPEG format?

 

If the picture size is 591x394 and in JPEG format, save it as PNG and import it again.
If the JPEG format is optimized, S4TI may fail the properly decode it.

Do you get a warning when the picture fails to import?

Not sure if you are still around/playing but did you ever get to the bottom of this? Im having the exact same problem (image size is correct and png)
