Replacment Picture not showing in Game Library

HI, was wondering if anyone else was having an issue when replacing the portrait main picture its not showing up on the library. I have tried it as png & jpg, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Tray inporter along with a repair of my game in ea. But nothing is working. I have other ones I did after this one and they all work fine. It appears to be this one family and I was hoping there was a way to get the picture to show up without deleting the family altogether. I have removed them from the library and re-added them but still nothing works. Weird thing is its showing on Tray Importer. Please help

I've seen a similar issue but I can't find the link here in the forum.
If I remember, the issue was caused by one sim (pet or bady) which was causing the game to regenerate all the thumbnails for that household, so the game was always showing a fresh thumbnail.
I think there was no work around since it's a bug related to the game.
