Generally incredibly confused with instructions. Can someone please help me walk through this? Or please state updated instructions that does not include the terminal option? I'm fairly tech-savvy but I'm not following this at all. I think I just downloaded three different x64 files off that website. 

 

Edit: Ok I figured it out by clicking around but very confusing.

@OkJoy Sorry, I'm not a mac user myself, so I'm learning at the same time.
Terminal is mandatory unless I pay for the not so cheap license from Apple, and a Mac is also required with a valid account.

 

But I will find some way to update the currently outdated tutorial.

okay, i made an account here just to receive some help because i am having the worst time downloading this and being able to open it even after i chmod it. i have done all the steps, i have read the guide but its not really helpful or clear, and i still cannot access tray importer and its been days. i do not understand why it is so difficult, and i am genuinely frustrated, is there ANY way anyone is able to make a step by step tutorial video because at this point a written guide is not helpful to me

@softqs Sorry, the guides are a bit old and may not apply to the new version and I didn't find time to update them.
The old version required Mono while the new version requires .NET Core Runtime, so make sure you have downloaded the first one because there's three versions of that runtime.

 

chmod is a unix command (linux and mac), you can google it to find some better instructions.

This is needed since Apple decided to block apps from unknown developers.

Hi! I downloaded everything mentioned but for some reason, I keep getting this error message and it won't let me use the Tray Importer.

 

hi ! did you download the right files ? i was having the same issue and it would not open until i realised i had downloaded the wrong file from .NET.

 

 

did you also chmod sims 4 tray importer ? this is the tutorial i watched to chmod it

Hello, I successfully downloaded this version for my Mac, but I am unsure of how to change the gallery photo with this version

 

I figured out how to replace the image, but its not allowing me to click on the button "replace image"

Hi~ So I uninstalled Tray Importer and downloaded it again according to the video and it worked so thank you! I'm pretty sure I did the same thing the first time but maybe I got something wrong! Thank you again for the help!

I am having this problem as well on Mac Sequoia I have tried many ways of troubleshooting and none seem to work. I can get S4TI to open but I keep getting the Opps! error.
