    Hi~ So I uninstalled Tray Importer and downloaded it again according to the video and it worked so thank you! I'm pretty sure I did the same thing the first time but maybe I got something wrong! Thank you again for the help!

    Hi! I downloaded everything mentioned but for some reason, I keep getting this error message and it won't let me use the Tray Importer. hi ! did you download the right files ? i was having the same issue and it would not open until i realised i had downloaded the wrong file from .NET. did you also chmod sims 4 tray importer ? this is the tutorial i watched to chmod it
