Hello @withered,
Somehow it looks like the configuration file is broken and unfortunately uninstalling then reinstalling can't do anything about it.
But there is a script inside the Tray Importer's folder named s4ti-reset.bat that can repair the broken file.

If s4ti-reset.bat didn't do the trick, you can manually delete the broken configuration file:

  • Open Explorer (File Explorer)
  • Paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\TeameeVo in the address bar then press enter.
  • Delete every folders starting with S4TI.exe_url_ or just the most recent one
