CC not showing- Sims not updating in tray

Messages recommandés

Posté(e)

Hi, I am trying to remove some broken CC but tray importer does not appear to be working correctly.  I can see my sims, including the family I created to check my cc, except they are not updating to their current version. When looking at them I can find the cc that was on them prior to me putting on broken cc and reloading, but not the new stuff and with family members I deleted. I have tried refreshing, reloading, reinstalling. Double checked my folders and they all seem good. Reloaded sims 4 to check the family saved correctly, it had. Would love an assist on figuring the problem out, thank you!

Hello @elfling, I think the problem is OneDrive.
Make sure 'Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4' is configured to also have a local copy of each files.

Selecting File>Reload or Restarting S4TI should both update the listed contents.

You can also try to disable Auto Detect in Settings and restore the original Documents folder (the one not on OneDrive).
