Hi, I'm pretty new to the sims 4 tray importer. I downloaded everything and the importer is opening but when I go into it, it automatically pops up with the settings every time. The problem with that is that I'm not sure what the settings should look like because when I go into a household's cc settings, it says "Searching for CC is currently unavailable. Please open preferences to setup the game." I'm not sure what that means or how to fix it. That and when I right something from the cc list the only thing it lets me click is either "copy..." or "tags..." 

 

Does anyone know what I should do or how I can fix this issue

Search for CC is disabled when S4TI cannot locate the game and will display the little notice you are seeing.

S4TI requires you to link the game to the app because some resources are extracted right from the game.
So the Preferences dialog will keep popping up until you fix the game location.
