Looks like an internal error, not sure how quickly I can fix it.

Does the error occur right after starting the app, without clicking anything in the app?

If it crashes after clicking somewhere in the app, try to open the app's Preferences then setup the game.

@deevo There's no error now but I can't access to STI's preferences. It's unavailable and there's this red message below. I've checked the location of the game and everything seems ok.

Not sur about this one, but it could be related to the previous error.

 

Have you tried Command+, to open the Preferences dialog?

I opened terminal at the app folder located in the root folder. I have directly copied and paste /Contents/MacOS/S4TI_launcherMac into terminal to ensure there were no mistakes. With and without "" marks and have directly typed it in as well. As simple as this may be again I'm not sure what I have done wrong.
