Si vous recevez cette erreur, essayer de lancer la version 32 bits.

Update:   The issue is now resolved.

 

A few minutes ago I installed the program and I have the same error (Both the 32 and 64 bit version)

@netcat0718, take a screenshot of the error with the Details section expanded or press Ctrl+C to copy the content.

Meanwhile, check if the runtimes folder exists in C:\Programe Files (x86)\TeameeVo\Sims 4 Tray Importer (S4TI).
You should find 3 folders (win-arm64, win-x64, win-x86) both containing the same file WebView2Loader.dll.

 

If you are not on Windows 10/11, you may need to install Microsoft Edge.
Update #1: You'll need the Beta/Dev/Canary chanel, the Stable channel doesn't work.
Else you can simply install the WebView2 Runtime.

Update #2: WebView2 Runtime should be delivered through Windows Update, so no additional installation is needed.
You can confirm that it was installed by searching for 'WebView2' in Settings>Apps.
If you can't find it, look for updates by running Windows Update.

Yes, with the older previous version it works. Not with the new version unfortunately.

The error was just a warning, by clicking Continue the app should still run fine, but the Startup Page will be empty.

If the error prevents the app from running, that must be a different error.

 

The Details section of the error dialog contains information useful for me to debug the error. 

You can just copy and paste the content of the error or take a screenshot with the Details section expanded.

@netcat0718 Make sure Windows is up to date and that WebView2 Runtime (link in the upper posts) is installed, then the error should disappears.
