cant see my sims in the gallery

so i got the tray importer but it doesnt seem to work i added most of the sims i wanna add but they dont show up when i start the game, they are just not there when i go to the gallery its not there i dont know what to do

Try to tick the Include Modded Content and Unowned Content boxes in the Advanced options of the Library in your game.
