hi i downloaded a sim from a friend, put the files in tray and its not working in game and it gives me an error in tray importer when i click it, i can see it but its blank with a red overlay thing, help?

Hello @deadshot9, You may have missed some files.
Check in the Files section, the missing files will appear in red.

If you cannot reach the Files section, make sure you have all the required files for the sim:
1 .trayitem
1 .householdbinary
2 .hhi
1 .sgi per sim
