Exporting CC/tray files

Having trouble exporting a household in tray importer.  Not sure when I press Export and then it takes me to Required Files the CC Files and then another option is to Append CC Files. Anytime I append the files, Tray Importer appears in my "force quit applications"as not responding. Anyone that have a Mac that can show me how to fix it or how to export the files into a folder correctly?

Hello @QueenVictoriia,

If you have a lot of CC and a slow HDD, the export dialog may hang for a few minute while building up the CC list.

Same thing will append when creating the .zip file.

 

While you are in the main interface, try to select at least one item in the library then click on the CC tab. This will preload the cache and should speed up the export process.
