Sims 4 Tray Importer Not Showing CC

Hi, can someone please help me figure out why my files aren't showing up. I have bad cc that I can't locate in the mods folder by name and I really don't feeling like clicking each individual mod in Sims 4 Studio. This is the x64 bit and I followed the download instructions the best that I could. Any advice or tips to fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Hello @Kayladasimmer, I need the full log to help. Use the Copy button to copy then paste the log in your message.

If you talk about the missing thumbnails, this is a bug with Big Sure.

When you click on the CC tab, is the list empty?

No, the list isn't empty and now I think it might just be the thumbnail not showing up.

So it's just the thumbnails that are not showing up.
I'm still working to fix the thumbnails, but I don't know when it will be ready.
