Import & Export CC Error

I've been getting this error while trying to export with cc/without a sim from tray or import one. It was working fine yesterday. I'm not sure what caused the issue.

 

My computer is windows ten hope that's help!

Hello @Pip,

Check if Windows is up to date.

 

Try to repair Windows to see if it can help fix your problem:

• Right-click on the Start button (Win logo)
• Select PowerShell as admin or Command Prompt as admin
• Type sfc /scannow then press Enter

 

Also if you use an app to skin the windows, like WindowBlinds, try to disable it, a recent update could've caused the issue.

@deevo Hello, sorry for the late reply. It's working now. I've used the 64-bit version of sims 4 tray, and I can directly export/import, which is weird. I never used it up until now. I did a sfc /scannow, and I see some of my windows files are corrupt, so that's some fixing I have to do myself but anyways, thanks for the help! much appreciated
