Searching for CC not available

I downloaded the Sims 4 with all the DLCs on my Mac, do you think that could be the problem for why Sims 4 Tray Importer isn't working? It says "Mods not installed" when I click on CC for a household I put my broken cc on.

Hello @nala,
This happens because the game was not configured correctly in the Preferences dialog.

To fix the problem, open the Preferences dialog then change the value defined in the Data field.
e.g.

If the Game path is
/Applications/The Sims 4.app
The Data path will be
/Applications/The Sims 4.app/drive_c/Program Files/The Sims 4/

So the app is in my external hard drive, I input basically the same thing you told me to put in the Data section and it didnt work, I realized you put /The Sims 4 at the end, but my drive_c folder does not have that in it's program files, the last image is inside the program files folder.

Okay so, scratch that, i found the sims 4 folder and now it removed the error message! Thanks so much for your help, I just had to find the right folder!

Hello @Rish,

Try to add « Contents/ » at the end of the Data field.
