The application wont open

Hello, so I have checked other help forums but I could not fix the problem. The problem with the application is that it wont open at all, it only shows the "loading" blue mouse for a second and then stops, nothing shows up after that. Can anyone help me please?

No, I tried redownloading, extracting into another file and even download it by the download link you sent under someone else’s forum but it still doesn’t work.

I am assuming you are on Windows. Which version?

Have you tried to run it in admin mode?

Restarting the PC will sometime fix some issues.

If you have an older Windows version, make sure the latest .Net Framework is installed. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework

Do a system repair:
Open Command Prompt or PowerShell in admin mode, then type sfc /scannow then press Enter.
(Tips: Right-click on the Start button, then select Command Prompt (admin) or Windows PowerShell (admin).

Look for errors in the Event Viewer.
