content not showing up

when i open tray importer none of my sims or households are showing up. i use a macbook

Open the app's Preferences then try to change the path of the game.

Where is the game installed?

You can also run the App Reports and post the result.

@deevo it was installed in my downlaods but I moved it to the apllications to see if that worked but it didn't. It is still in my applications.

@BellX Sorry, this is a bug with Big Sur and there is no fix yet.

@lex_gmm try to select Metal instead of Legacy in the Preferences dialog, that should do it.

Hello @KazumiNeko, the game is usually found in the Applications or /Users/Applications folders. The one found in Documents is the save folder.

Where did you install the game?
