Ghost Sims Behind my Sims in Tray Importer

So, I got a new computer a few months back, and when somebody walked me through how to transfer my save files, they only told me I needed to transfer the saves -- not the tray files. Everything worked perfectly fine for months however! I've played my same legacy game for months, but when I went to remove some broken CC, it turns out that... I had no tray files? Making a new household created Tray files, and when I saved my current household to library, it created a tray file, except when I opened it in the S4TI, there were... Extra sims behind my two teenage sims in the image that showed up. Is this okay? Does anyone know what is happening? Also, does anyone know if my "no tray files" games are stable or is this a freak of nature that shouldn't have survived so long??

Hello @TheLizardWriter,
If your sims are of some occult form, I think it's normal.

Else it could be a bug, try to Repair your game via Origin and save them again to see if it fixes the problem.

 

The Tray files are not needed to play, they are used for sharing or to keep a copy.
You can import them into your game from your Library at any time.
